Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Acumatica Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Acumatica ERP and will be responsible for business process mapping, system solution implementation, and addressing various business system issues. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to optimize our business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Mapping:
  • Analyze and document current business processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive process maps and workflow diagrams.
  • System Solutions:
  • Configure and customize Acumatica ERP to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement system solutions to address business issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other business systems.
  • Implementation and Support:
  • Lead the implementation of new modules and functionalities within Acumatica.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on project goals.
  • Prepare and present reports and documentation to management.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Acumatica Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Acumatica ERP system.
  • Experience with business process mapping and improvement.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing Acumatica ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Project management skills are a plus.


Certifications:

  • Acumatica Certification(s) is highly preferred.
