Job Type: Contractor/Consultant


About the Role:

The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support our clients' Workday implementation project in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and extensive experience with ERP implementations. The candidate MUST be based in the Charlotte area and available for on-site work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management initiatives for the Workday implementation project.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans tailored to project needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to facilitate and manage change effectively.
  • Create and deliver targeted communication plans to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Identify potential resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate it.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to ensure successful adoption.
  • Design and implement training programs to support the transition to the new system.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness and progress of change management activities.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience managing Change Management programs for enterprise technology implementations or significant Business Transformations.
  • Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience with ERP implementations, with a preference for Workday.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Change Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday modules and functionality.
