United Water Softeners is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Outreach and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting sales, and driving marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with recently installed customers, conducting water quality tests, recording video testimonials, and coordinating sales appointments. The role also involves assisting in various marketing projects to promote our brand and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Conduct on-site visits to recently installed customers to perform water quality tests and gather feedback.
  • Record video testimonials during customer visits, ensuring high-quality content that highlights customer satisfaction and system benefits.
  • Provide customers with additional information about system maintenance, benefits, and upgrade options.

  1. Sales Coordination:
  • Call, book, and schedule sales appointments for the Direct Sales team, ensuring a smooth customer journey from installation to follow-up.
  • Maintain a customer contact schedule to optimize sales opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.

  1. Marketing Support:
  • Assist with various marketing projects, including social media content creation, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in organizing events, workshops, and other promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to help shape marketing strategies and improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, or marketing support preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
  • Must be computer savvy, with proficiency in using office software, scheduling tools, and basic video editing.
  • Reliable transportation for use in the field is required.
  • Basic understanding of water treatment systems is a plus; training will be provided.
  • Ability to manage schedules, multitask, and work both independently and as part of a team.
