Digital Sales/Ecommerce Operations Leader Executive opening - Telecommunications - Strategic Division


Operations/Digital Sales Executive level role. This is a newly created position for a growing Global Company in the Calling Card/Telecommunications industry.


Location: Will sit in the Newark, NJ based heavy travel to California to start then other parts of country (there are 5 regions, Florida, Southern, Midwest, Texas, West Coast)


Percentage Travel: 65%


Direct reports to this role: VP of Sales, Head of Marketing, Digital Director, HR Head, dotted line General Counsel, Financial Manager

Position reports to: Deputy Chairman


This person needs to be in a similar role and understands the growth piece of the industry.

Digital experience will be most KEY for the role.


Business hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6 or 10am – 7pm (the latter will support marketing/sales)

Relevant Industries: Cable, Voice over IP, Telecom, DISH


Key Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies and objectives.
  • Digital Sales Expertise: Drive and optimize digital sales channels, leveraging advanced knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce to increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the telecommunications or digital sales industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital sales strategies and tools, with a track record of driving online revenue growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
  • Hands-on leadership approach.
