Bliffert Lumber & Hardware is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Outside Sales Representative.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on our diverse range of products and services.
  • Maintain a polished and professional company image at all times.
  • Monitor market conditions and stay abreast of competitor activities.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by keeping up with industry trends.
  • Perform take-offs on smaller-scale projects to facilitate accurate sales estimates.
  • Conduct product selection meetings with customers to meet their specific needs.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in outside sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Exceptional social and communication skills are a must.
  • Proven ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
