Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the sales team.
  • Maintain effective communication and timely feedback with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings.


Requirements:

  • Approximately 3 years of customer service experience (recent graduates will not be considered).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • QuickBooks experience and a degree are not required.
