Job Title: Venture Capital Operations Manager

Funden is the leading fundraising platform connecting founders to capital. Our platform provides tools and strategic guidance for quicker, more effective fundraises. Investors use us to receive curated, quality deal flow and broadcast co-investment opportunities to our audience of 850+ global VCs, family funds, angel networks, syndicates, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of operations, including delivering and creating processes, managing investor intro requests, overseeing LinkedIn and third-party software campaigns, and assisting in Pitch Deck preparation.
  • Assist in in-depth Pitch Deck reviews and Pitch Simulations with startups.
  • Identify relevant investors for our portfolio startups, within or outside of our partner network.
  • Introduce relevant startups to our VC network within the Funden platform.
  • Deeply understand our startup's value proposition to craft compelling pitches to our VC community.
  • Help perform Funden Due Diligence to determine whether a startup is a fit for our program.
  • Compile weekly client status checks to keep all team members updated.
  • Manage timely communications with clients to keep them informed of their status in the process, including responding to non-consulting email requests.
  • Draft summary reports on a client's startup at the end of an engagement, summarizing VC feedback.
  • Facilitate development and onboarding of our partner network to grow Funden's brand reputation and network with external players.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  • Very strong Operations Management skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding project management skills.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree; a Master of Business Administration, Juris Doctor, or similar graduate degree.
  • 3+ years applicable experience in finance, venture capital, startups, or adjacent markets.
  • Strong interest in the Venture Capital and Startup world.
  • Experience working within a small business.

Salary: $80k-$120k pa OTE
