About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Boca Raton, Fl. This role is critical to driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads for our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience in either Insurance Product Sales, Financial Services, IT staffing and/or Recruiting, or SaaS software solutions and possess a proven ability to engage prospective clients effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Prospect, identify, and qualify high-potential leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Research target accounts and industries to develop relevant outreach strategies.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline by following up with leads and collaborating with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
  • Track and manage activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Position the company's SaaS solutions as the ideal fit for their requirements.
  • Industry Expertise:
  • Leverage knowledge and learn the industry knowledge required to effectively tailor outreach and conversations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns and messaging.
  • Provide feedback on the quality of leads and market dynamics to optimize outreach strategies.


Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Prior experience in selling insurance or IT staffing/recruiting is desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and sales enablement platforms.
  • Attributes:
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
  • Strong ability to learn and apply principles


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, insurance products or IT staffing high volume outreach role.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and trends in insurance and financial services is a plus.
  • Any formal sales training is a plus.
