Role Overview:

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking a driven, results-oriented Agency Recruiter to join our regional team based in Evanston, IL. This full-desk role demands a dedicated professional capable of managing a high volume of contingent placements across the AEC & MEP industries. The ideal candidate will excel in business development, account management, and candidate sourcing, building a substantial book of business within their assigned region.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively pursue new client relationships, expanding our reach and establishing a strong presence within the regional AEC & MEP markets.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and efficiency, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Implement dynamic sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top talent, managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
  • Regional Collaboration: Work closely with the regional team to achieve collective goals, share market insights, and contribute to the overall success of Diamond Peak Recruiting.
  • Book of Business: Build and manage a robust book of business, consistently meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs related to client acquisition and candidate placements.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a full-desk recruitment role, preferably within the AEC & MEP industries.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling high-volume, contingent placements with a track record of success in business development and account management.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
