Join a fast-paced, hands-on total rewards team to support a global workforce The ideal candidate will present a demonstrated background in benefits administration and supporting a large workforce. This team is highly collaborative and requires a team player.


*This is a full-time, contract opportunity with no guarantees for conversion to direct hire, with an estimated timeline of 4-5 months. However, contractors are eligible for direct hire and are always considered for internal opportunities with the client*


What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the organization on a daily basis
  • Administer benefits programs for employees on a global landscape, with primary focuses on U.S. and Canada
  • Maintain and manage relationships with benefits carriers
  • Review and authorize benefits selections within the system
  • Support Open Enrollment activities and follow-ups by managing communications, conducting audits, and coordinating information flow to vendors


What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related fields (equivalent experience can be considered)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on benefits administration
  • Experience supporting HR activities for 500+ employees
  • Proficient in Benefits module of ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS administration system
  • Demonstrated experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization
