Territory Account Manager

Key Objectives:
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the territory.
- Increase market share in Texas.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets for the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective deal closure.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in exploring new customers or/and a huge desire for learning and working hard to achieve results.
- Willingness and ability to travel 2 or 3 weeks a month, including managing time effectively and staying organized while on the road.
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline to work independently while traveling.
- Flexibility to adjust to different environments, cultures, and client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and find solutions on the go.
- Valid driver’s license (A vehicle or car allowance will be provided).
- Willingness to participate in training programs and adapt to your company’s sales processes and tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management and growth of the assigned territory (TX, OK, LA, AR & TN) ensuring sales objectives are met.
- Preferably located in Houston, but this is not a limitation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and end users.
- Help forecast sales quarterly.
Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
