You'll lead initiatives ensuring 24/7 protection across our IT environments, focusing on incident response, security monitoring, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and mentor a team responsible for incident detection, response, and mitigation within our SOC, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance SOC capabilities, integrating new technologies and methodologies to address emerging threats effectively.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, coordinating resources and prioritizing tasks to meet organizational objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all SOC activities comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, conducting regular assessments to mitigate risks.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Technical certifications (GCIA, GCIH, CEH, SSCP) a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) advantageous.
