Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy.

Generate and analyze daily management reports.

Perform account reconciliations and maintain accounting schedules.

Ensure all paperwork for each deal is complete and accurate.

Post and finalize deals and dealer trades.

Manage general ledger and journal entries.

Approve invoices for payment processing within set deadlines.

Resolve issues with vendors as they arise.

Monitor timely processing of payments and charges.

Supervise and train the accounting team.


Qualifications:

Must have automotive industry.

Minimum of two years of accounting experience.

Strong multitasking skills.

Proficient with Word, Excel, and CDK systems is advantageous.

Must have experience managing a team of accounting personnel.
