Job Description
LHH is recruiting for a leading luxury home builder in Kirkland, WA. We are looking for a Director of Project Management to join the team and oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes. This is a new position due to company growth and ongoing restructure of the Project Management/Procurement team. If you have 4-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential luxury homes, and you are proficient in various construction management software programs, we would love to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project management of new construction for multimillion dollar homes (the average project size ranges from $1.5- 5 million)
- Work closely with various sub-contractors from start to finish with each project
- Review and evaluate all current processes and procedures
- Manage a team of 5 direct reports after getting acquainted with the role
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in construction project management (residential, luxury homes strongly preferred)
- Extensive experience reading building plans, budgeting, bidding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Software: Buildertrend, Salesforce, Bluebeam
- MUST be proficient in various construction management software programs or tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Compensation and Benefits
- $100-135k base depending on experience + annual discretionary bonus (typically between 3-5%)
- 3 weeks of PTO
- $50 cell phone allowance monthly
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- 401(k)- 4% match
- Mileage reimbursement per the IRS rate
