Who are you?
We’re seeking an experienced and talented Architectural Project Manager to join our exceptional team. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between our project teams and clients, enhancing project delivery and scaling operations to handle our increased growth.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from the sales phase through construction, ensuring client needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Conduct preliminary site and sales visits to gather project requirements and assess feasibility.
- Draft and present feasibility study proposals—including code and zoning analysis—to determine project viability.
- Develop initial design concepts and work closely with clients and the project team to refine and finalize and execute designs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Submit and track permit applications, expediting and following up with building officials as needed.
- Monitor and report on profit and loss for each project, ensuring financial objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field with 3+ years of residential firm experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in residential architecture and project management.
- Strong architectural design capabilities including comprehensive understanding of wood frame construction, code compliance, and zoning regulations.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and project management tools like Microsoft Project or similar.
