POSITION SUMMARY


Responsible for providing support for key corporate accounts. This includes supporting the corporate account managers with supply chain, planning, and assisting with merchandising screens and programs to improve shelf space within assigned accounts.


SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS


A Corporate Account Specialist uses various soft skills and industry knowledge of best practices to maintain and improve the stages of the logistic process. Those skills often include:

  • Must be able to effectively organize, prepare, and present data and reports to all levels of management.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Dealer screen analysis:

  1. Maximize shelf space through in-depth analysis of the dealer’s product screen.
  2. Quickly react to declining sales in a pattern, analyze down to the size level, communicate findings to a manager, and present solutions.
  3. Assist with monthly sales reports for assigned customers showing YTD by pattern and analyze trends of sizes.
  4. Assist with all reports that are required by assigned customers


Account Support


  1. Attend monthly collaborative meetings for assigned customers as well as internal meetings. Assist with reports for the meetings.
  2. Work with assigned customer’s inventory management, marketing, and logistic teams.
  3. Work internally with Kumho supply chain, product planning, and logistics to ensure quality service
  4. Supply reports to assigned customers to include fill rate, tracking, forecasting, and inventory reports
  5. Analyze sellout data of assigned accounts to determine trends and take action if needed.
  6. Supply monthly and weekly calendars to the manager
  7. Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management
  8. High School diploma required/ 4years degree preferred
  9. 0-3 years of experience in the tire industry, preferably in Sales Operations or Sales related function
