Ameriplan Benefit Corporation (ABC), is currently in search of an Underwriting Analyst/Service Representative to work on-site at our corporate office in Knoxville, TN. We are looking for a highly detailed, analytical and assertive individual. If you love a challenge and are looking to take a step towards a rewarding career, the Underwriting Analyst/Service Representative position may be for you


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in business, mathematics, or related area
  • Positive communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to develop


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of billing and accounts receivable
  • Familiarity with workers’ compensation and auto liability coverages
  • Generation of annual client history reports for pricing.
  • Support for underwriting of renewal and new business submissions.
  • Claims support referrals when necessary
  • Direct contact via calls with clients and their staff
  • Surety bond preparation and billing.
