Job Brief
We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven individual who is passionate about sales and eager to make a significant impact in the architectural glass industry. If you are someone who takes work seriously but maintains a light-hearted approach to life, you'll fit right in with our culture.
You will be joining a founding team, along side an experienced founder and product manager, so must have ability and desire to work beyond the role description into operations & customer service.
About The Glass Market, Ltd
The Glass Market, Ltd. is an early stage pioneering collaboration platform dedicated to the architectural glass industry. Our platform provides comprehensive platform to manage the quoting process, handle defective materials, and schedule deliveries and installations efficiently. We aim to centralize the industry's communication and document management infrastructure, offering marketplace solutions for quick quotes and automated certification renewal requests from vendors. Our goal is ambitious: to build and house the industry's communication and document management backbone.
Primary Responsabilities
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential customers within the architectural glass industry, with the primary goal of onboarding companies and securing revenue projects, warranty claims, or replacement reports posting on the platform.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and manage follow-up communications to move leads through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings with customers who hold agreed job titles, ensuring a fit with our product offerings.
- Plan and execute the build out the regional sales & customer service team members
- Refine and productise the go-to-market and sales strategy for entering new regional markets

Compensation
- Comission: 35% of Revenue
- Equity inline with market with founder team members
