About the Role:

The Business Development Associate role is an on-site position in our office in Chicago, IL. The "BDA" role is designed to train, develop & provide a path for motivated and driven individuals to progress into Business Development Managers. There is extensive on the job training & daily meeting to ensure progress is being made as you transition into this dynamic opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and contractors over the phone, via email & on Linkedin.
  • Hit project deadlines for our Clients through providing Contractor or Contract to Hire Talent.
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring junior team members.
  • Explore Manufacturing & Project Based Consulting to become a subject matter expert.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication both on site & virtually


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
