We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Provisioning Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing identity and access management for business applications and data. You will also participate in internal audits, recommend process improvements, and provide training and information to IT and business members.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage identity and access for various application systems.
  • Add, modify, and remove access on applications according to business-defined controls.
  • Run reports to ensure access aligns with active employees and role-based responsibilities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing application security policies, standards, and education efforts.
  • Collaborate with legal, security, and operations teams to review IT policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the creation and updates of controls and approvals.
  • Support separation of duties (SOD) compliance for critical business applications.
  • Work with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to maintain and develop documentation (including Standards, Configuration Manuals, Process Manuals, and exception requests) due to audit or compliance findings.
  • Plan and implement security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data.
  • Contribute to the information security awareness, training, and education program.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with ERP platforms (SAP, QAD, JDE, etc.) and compliance matters is required.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticketing system is required.
  • Knowledge of ITIL is preferred.
  • Security and IT certifications are preferred (Security+, MCP, MTA, MCSA).

  • Provide guidance on enterprise access entitlement management programs and separation of duty requirements.
  • Strong desire to learn and research best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Work Environment:


  • Normal office environment conditions.
  • Some work may be performed in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • May require working hours to accommodate time zone differences for global operations.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required for strategic planning and support activities.
