Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive reports that effectively communicate data insights and project outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Tableau to create interactive and insightful data visualizations, enhancing reporting capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance their data infrastructure and reporting capabilities, aligning them with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Track and report on project progress, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working with data, infrastructure, and reporting projects.
  • Strong understanding of data management, cloud infrastructure, business intelligence tools, and data analytics. Proficiency in Tableau is essential.
  • Familiarity with AWS services is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
