  • Bilingual Skills (Preferred)
  • Behavioral Health Knowledge: Understanding of the field and insurance verification (a plus)
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor鈥檚 degree or 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Sales/Customer Service Experience: Background in these areas is beneficial
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
