Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to engage in meaningful work that impacts our digital presence, helping to grow our user base and engage our community more effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and help create compelling content across various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, ideas, and feedback to help enhance our strategies.
  • Assist with tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
  • Lead conversations on marketing strategies, initiating and overseeing the development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Support the branding team with original concepts and ideas.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university/college in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and take initiative.
  • Experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Passion for puzzles and games is desirable but not required.


Internship Duration:

  • Flexible, but would prefer commitment for 8-12 weeks.
  • Start date is flexible to accommodate your availability.


Commitment:

  • Part-time, 10-15 hours per week (flexible hours to accommodate your class schedule)


Compensation:

  • This is generally an unpaid internship. However, incentive-based pay may be applicable based on performance and contribution to key projects.
  • Gain invaluable experience in a startup environment with direct involvement in regular discussions with team members.
