We're looking for someone with expertise in electrical systems / hardware design, and proven experience leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a team of 10-15 engineers, including Electrical, Embedded Software, Systems, and Test disciplines.
  • Lead the Electronics Hardware Design efforts, making key design decisions and supporting engineers through the product development process.
  • Implement engineering best practices to ensure products meet the highest standards for customers and industry requirements.
  • Provide leadership to the engineering team, including performance management, appraisals, and promotions.
  • Contribute to the hiring and interview process for the engineering team.


Position Details:

  • Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Location: Los Angeles
  • Salary Range: $200k-$250k base salary (commensurate with experience)


Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering / Embedded Hardware Design.
  • Proven track record in engineering management and technical project leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred:

  • Experience designing high-speed communications products.
  • Medical device experience and understanding of compliance standards such as IEC 60601.
