Job Title: Program Analyst/Watch Officer (TS SCI required)

Location:Washington, DC 20320

Clearance Required:TS SCI (must already have current clearance)


The Program Analyst / Watch Officer will work on-site in DC, following a 12-hour, rotational shift for 24x7 coverage. This individual will:

  1. Serve on 24/7 basis on 12-hour rotational shift work.
  2. Collect, compile, and analyze message traffic to alert appropriate leadership and organizations to new developments and significant changes to their area of responsibility.
  3. Produce operational, situational awareness, and intelligence products, both written products and oral briefs, under government supervision, and develop written products/oral briefings of findings to government leads prior to presenting Department leadership.
  4. Develop reports and templates for use by Bureaus for Continuity and Emergency Management reporting.
  5. Assist in the preparation, analysis, development, review, and implementation of Operation Center policies, procedures, and standards.
  6. Conduct routine and periodic communications testing as directed.
  7. Attend interagency working groups as may be required.


Qualifications:


4 years of experience as Watch Officer, Emergency Management Analyst, or COOP Specialist, or related

Experience providing Intelligence briefings: in person and written

Preferred: familiarity with Continuity of Operations Planning and Emergency Management issues

TS SCI Clearance (current) with an in-scope Background Investigation
