Account Exectuive Role Description:


Are you a master of sales strategy, ready to make an impact? PriceEasy is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our accomplished Business Development (BD) Team. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll serve as the linchpin between our game-changing software and top-tier executives. Your mission? To deliver compelling software demos, expertly negotiate terms, and drive tangible value for our clients. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' growth initiatives, with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) reporting directly to you. At PriceEasy, we thrive on teamwork and collaboration, making your ability to lead and mentor essential. Success in this role hinges on your mastery of our software solution and your knack for strategic sales tactics.


Account Executive Qualifications:


You will have a sales quota and will be responsible for closing accounts, leading from Demo to Close.


This role requires deep experience in selling SaaS Solutions to mid to large enterprise customers. In your past roles you must have managed a team and held a quota with responsibilities to manage the performance of your team.


  • Value-driven sales approach
  • You must have deep knowledge of SaaS Sales and best practices
  • Ability to clearly articulate value proposition from demo to closing
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms
  • A proven track record with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Manage and coach BDR members of your team
  • Bonus points for familiarity with the convenience store, fuel retail, or oil & gas industries, but a hunger to learn is just as valuable.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, laying the groundwork for your success in this dynamic role.
  • 10-15% Travel for trade shows.


This is a Houston based role, 8 am - 5 pm and you must be willing to work 100% from the office. If you cannot work 100% from the office PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.


Compensation:


There is room for growth with PriceEasy. The Account Executive compensation is OTE 2X Base Salary, $200-300k with 50/50 base / commission. Base Salary between $80-120k. Uncapped commission of 8%.
