Candidates Must Have:

  • 3+ Years of Team Leadership Experience
  • Background in Graphic Design or Videography/Editing - Experience in Both Preferred
  • A Focus in Project Management, Deadline Tracking, and Strong Accountability


General Job Duties

The BAM Companies is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with experience managing a team of graphic designers and/or videographers.

This role will be responsible for proofing graphic and video content created by the content team, assigning tasks and tracking progress to team members, writing scripts for ads/content for the Executive Team,

Summary

  • Project management
  • Ability to create and manage assignments for specific projects involving several team members
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Click Up, Asana, etc.
  • Client liaison for external requests on updates and deadlines
  • Creative directing
  • Videos, webinars, and presentations
  • Vendor vetting
  • Vendor research and hiring for freelance staff as needed such as photographers, venue staff, AV companies, etc.
  • Brand management experience - verifying correct brand element usage
  • Bulk email creation and sending
  • Using Hubspot, Mailchimp, or similar to create and distribute emails


Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in an Agency setting is preferred
  • Automations via Zapier/Hubspot/similar
  • Experience in a sales atmosphere is a plus
  • Photography experience is a plus
  • Comfortable being on camera for webinars and interviews with internal staff that are distributed on social media


Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of graphic artist and/or videographers
  • 3+ years of experience editing video and graphic content from first draft to final approval
  • Experience creating and maintaining a content calendar
  • Experience writing scripts for videos using a blend of personal writing and AI tools such as Jasper, Chat GPT, Perplexity, etc to get the correct voice
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must be proficient at using technology - Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Slack, Project Management Software, etc
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and on a team
  • Able to work on several projects at the same time
  • Ability to manage tasks with both short and long deadlines
  • Ability to work directly with executive staff as needed
  • Ability to professionally provide and receive constructive feedback

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.


Travel

Future travel to Limited Partner events will be required.
