Java House is a leading coffee brand that's passionate about serving amazingly smooth coffee and reimagining the coffee-making experience. We're looking for a talented Associate Brand Manager to help us take our coffee business to the next level.

Job Description
The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and consumer trial.
  • Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing tactics.
  • Managing the marketing budget and tracking spend to budget.

Responsibilities

Marketing Plans
Develop a marketing planning calendar to drive brand awareness and consumer trial.
Define the product value proposition to deliver a compelling sell story.
Execute marketing tactics flawlessly.

Support AFH and Office Coffee sales team in developing and executing go-to-market plans to drive brand growth, increase market penetration, and build the brand.

Foster a collaborative high-performance culture.
Develop marketing material across key channels, including sell sheets, collateral, banners, e-blasts, and videos.
Manage trade show creative direction, including booth graphics, sampling, and show execution.
Drive media planning tactics across TV, social media, print, out-of-home, and other non-traditional mediums.
Ensure brand standards across consumer touchpoints.
Partner with R&D for new product development and execution from packaging to in-market commercialization.
Manage marketing budget, accurately inputting and tracking spend to budget.

Market Assessment/Analysis

Stay updated on consumer trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Measurement and Improvement

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting to achieve sales targets.
Keep the leadership team informed of marketing plans and share progress updates.

Qualifications

Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate internally and externally.
Passion for winning in the market through accelerated revenue and market share growth.
Collaborative team-oriented mindset, working closely with key cross-functional partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Consistently high execution and agility to quickly pivot based on changing business demands.
Skilled in working with outside agency partners and in-house design teams.
Ability to manage efforts in a fast-paced environment and take charge.
Proactive learner, managing projects and teams with a sense of urgency.
BS/BA in business, marketing, or a related discipline required; MBA preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
1-3 years of previous experience, ideally with CPG or Office Coffee products background.
