Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Flight Operations Assistant at V2 Jets located in Boca Raton, FL. The Flight Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, analytical tasks, assisting the CEO and Executive Assistant with flight services (Catering, Ground Transportation, etc) and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. Customer service plays a crucial role in this position, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Critical thinking skills, sense of urgency, reliable and adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Experience in the aviation industry or private charter services is a plus.
