Job Type: Contract-to-Perm

Est. Start Date: July 2024

Length: 3 months

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Pay Rate: $55 - $62 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end process mapping and improvement initiatives for HR Operations and across People & Performance.
  • Lead design and implementation of process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a global repository of HR process maps using taxonomy and style guides.
  • Provide process expertise for critical business programs, ensuring service delivery and data integrity.
  • Support HR Operations leaders in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Manage projects and program implementations, ensuring timely delivery and effective transitions.
  • Create and manage project timelines and deliverables for HR Operations and People & Performance.
  • Provide analytical and project management leadership for HRIS, Compensation, and other projects.
  • Oversee HR Services implementation from initiation through deployment.
  • Establish alliances with departments and organizations to assess partnership opportunities.
  • Endorse and sponsor change initiatives, adopting best practices as appropriate.
  • Implement project governance models and monitor progress against objectives and budgets.
  • Analyze project effectiveness and communicate progress to stakeholders.


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years Project Management Experience
  • 5 years of experience in HR Operations or Human Resources.
  • Experience in medical device/biotech/high tech environments preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to drive results and maintain team organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience leading multicultural project teams.
  • Strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices in business processes and systems.
  • Integrity with ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to new technology and multitasking across projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective team building and relationship development.
