Responsibilities include managing office tasks, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties. This is a part-time role and fully in office. This position will pay $20-21 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
  • Schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintain the kitchen area and keep front desk area neat and organized
  • Maintain office supplies and order as needed
  • Assist with computer set up and light troubleshooting
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
