Our client, a broker-dealer, is seeking an Administrative Assistant (w/ light project management)to join their Greenwich office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, proactive, motivated, and forward-thinking.



Job Details:

COMPANY: Broker Dealer

POSITION: Administrative Assistant (w/ light project management)

LOCATION: Greenwich, CT (office is walkable from the train station)

HOURS: 9am to 5:00pm (In office Mon-Thurs)

COMPENSATION: $65-90k DOE

BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED?: Required


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant (w/ light project management):

-Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

-Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

-Manage and order office supplies.

-Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

-Conduct research to prepare for meetings and assist with the preparation of reports.

-Organize and schedule appointments and update calendars.

-Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.


Requirements of the Administrative Assistant (w/ light project management):

-Client-service orientation, strong discretion, and the ability to handle highly confidential information daily.

-Background in client servicing or relevant experience is ideal.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to interact professionally and courteously, and to develop and leverage professional working relationships.

-Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, professional, good at follow-through tasks, motivated, and forward-thinking.

-A good understanding of tech, preferably with Project Management or Data Analytics knowledge, is desirable.

-Strong problem-solving skills and exhibit a natural curiosity.

-Verifications of identity, education, prior employment, and references may be required
