Responsibilities:

Duties for the Office to include:

Breakroom restocking
Copier supply ordering / maintenance
Office supply ordering
Inputting / maintaining building maintenance requests
Visitor assistance

Create and send emails on behalf of the Chief Customer Officer.
Initiate Conference Calls for the Chief Customer Officer
Assist with compiling/updating information using the customer management system.
supports administrative activities for assigned function or area by coordinating team projects or initiatives. Troubleshoots issues raised and manages resolution (e.g., IT, scheduling)
Manages calendar(s) / schedules, meetings, and shared databases.
Coordinates meetings and program logistics (e.g., travel arrangements, hotels, catering, room set-up)
Prepares, composes and / or revises documents, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
Provides project-based support to assigned function or area by managing / prioritizing tasks and participating in special projects.
Develops and organizes systems to manage shared databases / resources (e.g. SharePoint, shared folders, file systems)
Serves as liaison for other teams; resolves basic inquiries regarding department policies and activities.
Answers, screens, and forwards telephone calls / messages, determining priorities.
Provides meeting on-site support (e.g., set-up, answers questions, greets attendees)
Supports onboarding / transitioning of employees (e.g., workspace / supply set-up, orientation of internal systems)
Manages cost savings through the oversight of ordering and maintenance of office supplies.
Assists with budgets, shared databases, and operational reports.
Provides ongoing processing and tracking of invoices, time tracking, and expenses.
Gathers, compiles, and organizes reports, including highly confidential and sensitive materials.
Qualifications:

2 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in a support role is preferred.
Must be internally motivated with a proven ability to work on projects with limited supervision.
Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desired.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
This position is a full time in person position,reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Customer Officer.
