Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Lead the candidate screening and selection process, including resume review, phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with position requirements and cultural fit.
- Manage and nurture candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and continuously improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in full lifecycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent across diverse roles and industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment technologies.
