What We Are Looking For:


The Business Intelligence and Pricing Analyst will support the Voice product team, Sales team, Infrastructure and Offer teams as well as our most valued customers. They will analyze day to day pricing requests as well as strategic opportunities to determine feasibility/ profitability and create rates across all voice and messaging services.  They will support broad business analytics as needed.


This role works 100% in office in our Raleigh, NC office.


What You'll Do:



  • Own day to day analytics, pricing, and decisions making for pricing requests:  Termination (Domestic and International), Origination (local and long distance), Messaging, 911, and Toll Free Services.
  • Support and build pricing models to evaluate opportunities.  
  • Document, manage and update pricing templates.
  • Create standard rate decks as needed.
  • Manage pricing request queue though Salesforce for daily requests supporting sales and product teams.
  • Analyze and understand trends for product SME assignment, become a product pricing expert for one of our services.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluation large quantities of data, provide ad hoc data reporting on voice products, cost and margin, as needed.

What You Need:



  • Bachelor’s Degree (Math/Computer Science/Finance)
  • Experience:  5-7 years in business analytics 
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel, Access Skills, and SQL As well as the ability to thrive and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment.
  • Analytical, problem solving, communication and organizational skills
