Job Title: Program Portfolio Manager
Work Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid – 2/3 days work from office)
Job Description:
- 12+ years of experence with strong Agile Delivery
- Define bodies of work (e.g., product, initiative, program) on which TMNA can report on, respective KPIs, and reporting strategy and cadence. Perform reviews to gather consensus.
- Help the program visualize and understand priorities, for effective backlog planning across program and product teams
- Support Program Leaders and CPOs in pivoting priorities as needed, based on overall capacity and risks, with frequent inspection/adaptation
- Lead portfolio reporting improvements, with emphasis on evaluation of reporting automations for cross product/initiative work.
- Identify and document goals of the reports.
- Identify data elements required for the identified reports.
- Define report templates and stakeholders, including data providers and report receivers.
- Consult program and engineering teams to identify tools required to capture required data and generate identified reports and/or visualizations.
- Develop sample reports based on representative data from identified sources for review.
- Conduct retrospective reviews with TMNA product owners to validate metrics and report quality, and accordingly revise report templates, frequency, stakeholders, and report delivery process.
- Tracking overall schedule, progress, and impact to program delivery
- Help teams surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience
- Progress Reporting and Automation support
