Description

In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing and expanding existing client relationships, and re-engaging former clients, with a particular focus on the Dental industry. UpSwell will equip you with qualified leads, enabling you to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will be tasked with developing strategic sales approaches that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings, ultimately driving substantial sales growth and profitability.

  • Ability to close new business opportunities, while maintaining existing client relationships and win back lost clients
  • Contact clients and prospects through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, and meetings to communicate opportunities.
  • Communicate consistently with leads, prospects and active/inactive customers
  • Demonstrate persistence in overcoming obstacles and handling client objections
  • Collaborate with internal groups to support client programs, pricing and proposals while exceeding customer satisfaction.

Salary:

  • Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, depending on experience.
  • Potential to earn up to six figures through commission.
  • Detailed compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
