Overview:

Elevate your career with CHAGEE as our Field Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the charge in bringing CHAGEE’s brand to life in local markets. What you'll do:

  • Plan and Execute field marketing programs that align with national strategies, tailoring them to local market needs and preferences.
  • Allocate and manage the field marketing budget to ensure the highest ROI for regional campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and local market data to inform and refine field marketing activities.
  • Partner with activation agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to adapt and implement national plans for local success.
  • Oversee promotional programs, activations, and events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Local Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers, retailers, and external stakeholders to amplify regional marketing efforts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on field marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support and enhance sales objectives.
  • Manage all logistics for events, trade shows, and field activities, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the field marketing team, driving local market growth and engagement.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field marketing or a related role, with a strong focus on local market execution.
  • Experience working with brand marketing teams to adapt national plans for local success.
  • Deep understanding of regional marketing strategies, customer behavior, and community engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Proven ability to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience organizing and managing events and promotional activations.
