USIM is a dynamic and innovative media agency specializing in delivering cutting-edge marketing and advertising solutions across multiple channels. We work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging startups to established brands, helping them amplify their presence, grow their audiences, and achieve their marketing objectives.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our internal marketing efforts, elevate our agency's brand, and drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen the agency's brand and position in the market.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and PR efforts.
  • Drive market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set measurable goals and KPIs, tracking performance to ensure marketing efforts deliver a solid return on investment (ROI).

Team Management & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-oriented performance.
  • Oversee the development of the team's skills, offering guidance, professional development opportunities, and feedback to support career growth.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and effective prioritization of projects across the marketing team.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within a media agency or creative services environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive innovation in marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and media buying is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating persuasive and engaging content.
