Our client is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to join their team and support their hiring processes. The right candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, helping ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms, track applications, and maintain updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Oversee and refresh internal and external job boards to attract top talent and elevate our employer brand.
  • Assist with updating job descriptions, creating offer letters, and conducting initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
  • Provide solutions for high-volume staffing needs during peak hiring periods.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for recruiting processes, policies, and training materials.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to engage a diverse range of potential candidates.
  • Offer support to applicants, respond to inquiries, and help implement employee retention initiatives.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company policies and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations, such as EEOC and ADA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
