Position Summary

The Director of Talent Acquisition, (essentially a Human Capital Marketing Specialist/Employment Branding Specialist), will work directly with the CEO to develop and execute an omnichannel marketing approach. This role is focused on attracting A+ candidates—hungry, competitive, self-driven technicians, installers, CSRs, and dispatchers—with a strong emphasis on those possessing a winning attitude. The Director will coordinate with our market managers, operations leadership, and integrate closely with our marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high quality candidates.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Recruitment Marketing
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and employment branding initiatives to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Utilize digital marketing, direct mail, referral programs, social media, TV, radio, billboards, and content creation to maintain a steady flow of applicants.
  • Ensure integration of talent acquisition messaging in client acquisition materials, including emails, SMS, and social media.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Human Resources team, Market Managers, and Operations to align hiring campaigns with geographic demand and operational needs.
