Job Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will manage and optimize various software application systems. Success in this role requires experience with ERP and CRM solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders to evaluate business process requirements, identify solutions, and stay updated on the latest software advancements to enhance efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP Management: Develop, administer, and maintain the ERP system.
  • CRM Management: Develop, administer, and maintain the CRM system.
  • Business Process Development: Lead business process initiatives within ERP and CRM systems and mentor multiple departments.
  • IT Analytics and Support: Provide IT business analytics, intelligence, and general support for business applications.
  • Technical Resource: Support CRM and ERP systems as a technical resource and back up sales support when necessary.
  • Operations Analysis: Analyze operations and systems to identify software solutions that improve efficiency.
  • System Recommendations: Recommend system upgrades or alternative solutions.
  • Software Rollout: Oversee new software implementations to ensure seamless execution and user adoption.
  • Consultant Management: Manage external consultants supporting and enhancing core business products.
  • SharePoint and Teams Implementation: Assist with the implementation of Office 365 SharePoint and Teams.
  • Quality Compliance: Ensure regulated applications are properly validated and documented in collaboration with the quality department.
  • KPI Establishment: Set KPIs for user adoption of software applications.
  • Employee Training: Train employees on new and existing software applications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest software developments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of database management, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Up-to-date with the latest software developments.
  • Networking Knowledge: Understanding of computer networking and business application administration.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and managing ERP systems and CRM systems.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Deadline-Oriented: Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
