Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Analyst with expertise in law firm enterprise applications and a deep understanding of legal operations. You will be responsible for delivering innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with platforms such as iManage, Aderant, Chrome River, and CompuLaw. Additionally, proficiency in business process automation using low-code and no-code solutions like Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements related to legal operations.
- Configure, customize, and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the integration and implementation of new software solutions.
- Develop and implement business process automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system integrity and security.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as an Application Analyst or similar role in a law firm or legal tech environment.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with iManage, Aderant, Chrome River, and CompuLaw.
- Strong understanding of legal firm operations, workflows, and processes.
- Proven experience in business process automation using low-code and no-code solutions, particularly Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
