The organization is dedicated to addressing drug addiction and drug use, providing expert and compassionate treatment for patients addicted to opiates. CAMDEN TREATMENT ASSOCIATES is licensed by the New Jersey Department of Human Services and federally accredited by CARF, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
Role Description
MUST BE AN LCADC
—-5k SIGN ON BONUS——
This is a full-time Clinical Supervisor role at CAMDEN TREATMENT ASSOCIATES. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day clinical operations, including providing clinical supervision, conducting case management, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location at Camden, New Jersey, but with flexibility for some remote work.
- Responsible for the supervision of clinical services.
- Chair Committee preparing for accreditation.
- Provides in-service training to clinical staff on a regularly-scheduled basis.
- Monitors clinical records regularly for quality and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Conducts mock inspections.
- Provides training and technical assistance to staff.
- Provides and documents regularly-scheduled individual and group supervision to counselors according to the requirements set forth by the Division of Consumers Affairs.
- Must be knowledgeable and enforce agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain a small caseload of stable patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MUST BE AN LCADC
- Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Supervision skills
- Supervisory Skills and Case Management experience
- Strong knowledge of Psychology and Clinical practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in substance abuse and addiction treatment is preferred
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
