Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to lead our radiology team. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MRI services, including staffing, scheduling, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology staff, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement staffing plans to meet the needs of our patients and the department.
- Monitor and analyze patient care patterns, identifying areas for improvement and implementing quality initiatives.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement professional development plans for staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Perform rounding on staff employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation.
- 3 years of MRI clinical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) completed by the American Heart Association.
- Current Certification (American Registry of Diagnostic Radiographers) ARRT.
- Board Certified in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
