Job Description: Client Acquisition Manager - Staffing Solutions

As a Client Acquisition Manager at MentorX, specializing in staffing solutions, your primary role is pivotal in expanding our corporate client base. You will establish and nurture relationships with hiring companies, facilitating the successful placement of early talent candidates through our staffing solutions. Collaborating closely with our career counselors, you will assess student skills and career aspirations to ensure seamless matches with client needs. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in relationship-building, possesses strong organizational skills to manage corporate resources, and is driven to achieve and exceed sales quotas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand corporate partnerships by cultivating long-term, positive relationships with partner companies seeking staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with career counselors to develop customized career plans based on student capabilities and client requirements.
  • Facilitate the placement of our students into internships or full-time positions within client organizations, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
  • Gather client feedback to inform internal strategies and enhance our competitive edge in the staffing solutions market.
  • Meet monthly acquisition targets to drive business growth and market presence in the staffing industry.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, account management, or related customer service fields, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and business development skills, with a proven ability to foster client relationships and close deals.
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in recruiting or as a headhunter is highly desired.
