Mandate:


The selected candidate will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day execution and oversight of assigned multifamily construction projects. This is a demanding role that requires an individual with a demonstrably strong work ethic, an unwavering commitment to quality, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Uncompromising management and supervision of all daily job site activities, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and RISE quality standards.
  • Meticulous maintenance of daily logs, inspection records, concrete pour documentation, delivery tracking, and all other essential project documentation, including daily progress photos, all managed within the Procore platform.
  • Mastery of Procore construction management software for all aspects of project management, including daily logs, key activity tracking, meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and communication.
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret and understand complex construction documents, including plans, specifications, bulletins, modifications, sketches, ASIs, and RFIs, demonstrating a thorough grasp of all project requirements.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers to develop and implement robust Project Plans, Construction Management Plans, and Logistics Plans, ensuring strategic and efficient project execution.
  • Effective leadership and mentorship of field personnel, ensuring compliance with project plans, company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Establishment and maintenance of clear, consistent, and timely communication with the Project Team, subcontractors, and clients, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and progress.
  • Ownership and management of project schedules and 3-Week Look Ahead schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays or conflicts.
  • Unwavering focus on delivering work that meets or exceeds all contract requirements, specifications, and client expectations, upholding RISE’s reputation for exceptional quality.
  • Thorough understanding and enforcement of all applicable safety regulations and RISE safety protocols, fostering a safety-first culture on every job site.
  • Effective supervision and management of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Oversight of material procurement, deliveries, and on-site storage, ensuring proper handling, organization, and quality control of all materials.
  • Leadership and documentation of weekly subcontractor meetings, producing comprehensive minutes using Procore, and active participation in OAC meetings.
  • Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date as-built documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of potential problems or conflicts, minimizing project risks and ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Securing all required permits from local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


  • A minimum of 5-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in construction project management is required.
  • Mastery of MS Office, MS Project, and Procore construction management software is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are non-negotiable.
  • Uncompromising commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are fundamental to success in this role.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are required.
