**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support our construction projects. The Assistant Superintendent will collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure the successful execution of all construction activities. Responsibilities include facilitating owner turn-over walks, maintaining units/buildings free of defects, and supervising daily construction site operations.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction assistant superintendent role.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction techniques.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct owner turn-over walks and orientations, ensuring zero defects upon delivery.
- Open and secure the job site for crew access, turning off utilities at the end of the day.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure subcontractors comply with contracted scope of work.
- Schedule and oversee required inspections and report non-compliance issues.
- Maintain a daily log of site activities and address construction conflicts promptly.
- Preside over subcontractor meetings, issue notices of non-compliance, and ensure cleanliness of the job site.
- Participate in safety standards, training, and ongoing education sessions.
- Coordinate owner unit specifications with the marketing team.
- Provide additional support to the Project Superintendent as needed.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Certification in LEED, OSHA, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to identify safety and quality compliance issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
