Hours: T-Th 8-5


Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort, record, and distribute inbound mail and packages.
  • Correct and redirect misdirected mail; prepare and ship outgoing mail promptly.
  • Monitor mailroom email and Teams accounts, respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Assist receptionists; perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Greet guests and office personnel professionally, prioritizing customer service.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience in mailroom, office services, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral); customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic computer and internet skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 55 pounds occasionally.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with postage meter and Xerox machines preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping software desirable.
