ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our account managers oversee projects, serve as expert consultants to our clients, and manage the efficient flow of communication across project teams. The position is highly collaborative, offering the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries and work closely with members from all departments across the company.

The role works in conjunction with multiple departments to ensure successful project completion and profitability with an emphasis on client satisfaction. With a core focus on communication to and from the client; defining the scope of each project; communicating and managing budgets and change orders and overall ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of assigned accounts consisting of project coordination and client consultation.
  • Communicate directly with clients from project inception to completion and beyond ensuring our customer service standards are met.
  • Effectively manage clients so timelines are adhered to, and projects are executed properly.
  • Prepare client proposals and internal project-related documentation such as requests for designs/estimates and work orders.
  • Work closely with Design, Estimating, Project Management, and Production teams to ensure design goals, budgets, and schedules are met for each project.
  • Advise management on recommended courses of action or area needing improvement as they pertain to an assigned account.
  • Provide support to clients and Gilbert installation teams as needed after normal work hours.
  • Travel as needed for trade shows (approximately 3-4 times a year) to Las Vegas and/or other U.S. cities.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s degree and / or 5 years of strong account management experience required.
  • Highly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong customer service & conflict resolution skills combined with an ability to multi-task is necessary.
  • Tradeshow / Event industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of building schematics is preferred.
